Earlier this year, the UAE Cabinet endorsed the move to grant long-term residency permits (Golden Residence Visas) to creators, innovators and entrepreneurs based on their contribution and influence on society, and Dubai Culture adopted a new policy to grant the first cultural visa in the world.
Carrying out that vision is Maxine English, Partner of Park Lane Live who has dedicated over twenty years of her career ensuring that the UAE is firmly established in the global arena of showcasing local and international talent.
Maxine's experience in entertainment and theatre management is unparalleled in the region, with a unique and diverse skill set featuring everything from government events and theatrical production to “Triple A “artists rock and pop showcase concerts.
Commenting on her recognition English was quick to highlight how far the industry has evolved. “To be recognised by The Dubai Culture & Arts Authority for my industry contributions is both an honour and a privilege. I have witnessed and contributed to the rapid expansion of establishing the city of Dubai in its quest to shape arts and culture both regionally and globally, and I am committed to furthering growth and expansion with exciting talent and initiatives for the future”.

PRINCIPAL MAN
James has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years in the Banking and Investment sectors, having worked in the Channel Islands & UK for the earlier part of his career and then moving to the United Arab Emirates in 2008.
Since arriving in the UAE, having worked for an International Investment company and with a Royal Private Family Office for three years, in 2012 he set up Park Lane Group as an independent business consultancy agency, assisting businesses with anything from company formation and company structure, to providing advice on business strategy and making beneficial partnership introductions.
In 2017 James extended Park Lane Group's offerings and entered the world of eCommerce with the launch of "Liquid Hospitality Card", a digital platform to enable staff within the Hospitality industry to get discounts at various businesses across the United Arab Emirates.
James provides onsite support to the Park Lane Live team, ensuring that all creative plans are deliverable, whilst managing all auditable documentation and budgeting across the group and for Park Lane Live specifically.
CREATIVE GENIUS
Adam Hoskins is the man behind the music and the cornerstone of the creative work of Park Lane Live.
Adam is well known for his many talents, ranging from performing to conducting, songwriting, show producing, and music directing.
Adam has worked on too many shows to mention, but most recently opened Songs for a New World at the London Palladium and its subsequent West End transfer. Recent engagements have seen him collaborate with Broadway stars Ramin Karimloo and Rachel Tucker. Working alongside BGT winners Collabro amongst many more.
Using all of those considerable talents Adam is the driving force behind many of the productions and events of Park Lane Live and is an integral part of the Park Lane Live style of delivery.
